Refund policy

Artify Nails is dedicated to ensuring all our customers are 100% happy and satisfied.

1. Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at care@artifynails.com. Please allow 2-4 business days (additional time may be needed during weekends and Canadian Holidays) for a Return Specialist to approve the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for the shipping fee of the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right again. 

Please contact us at care@artifynails.com with your order number and a photo of the product upon delivery. We will gladly replace it within 14 days of inquiry.

If you run into an issue with applying your nail wraps or if the products you got are damaged/defective, reach out to us with photo and/or video evidence - it may be eligible for a one-time resend or store credit. 


3. Replace and Exchanges

We are only able to replace items if they are wrong, defective, or damaged. Exchanges will be processed for items of equal or less value. All exchanges will be the responsibility of the consumer to return the product back to us.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted. 


4. Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Note that your original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Sale items or orders made with promotional codes, and gift cards are ONLY entitled to return for store credit.
