Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from our warehouses located in Canada. 

We try to process all orders as soon as possible. Our daily shipping cut-off time is 12:00 pm noon MDT. If you placed an order before 12:00 pm, your package will be processed and handed over to the Courier on the same business day. If you placed an order after 12:00 pm, your package will be processed and handed over to the Courier on the next business day. 

Delivery times are estimates only and are subject to delay due to Covid-19. Artify Nails is not responsible for any delays or held liable should any parcels be seized by the customs due to unpaid duty and taxes. 

Canada Post Small Packet International - Air does NOT come with a tracking number. We are not liable for lost or slow mail under this option.

Upon receiving your order confirmation email notification, your order can take between 1 – 3 business days to process and ship (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that during special promotions or sales, processing can take between 3 – 5 business days due to an influx of orders.

All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed.  For additional information regarding our return policy please visit our return policy page.

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed

For international orders, we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

**ARTIFY NAILS is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to wrong addresses, incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender.

**ARTIFY NAILS has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility to the payment form selected during checkout.
